1. Service Arrangement

Plumbing and drainage services are arranged through our approved national network of qualified and insured engineers. Emergency Plumbing & Drainage Services manages the booking, scheduling, and coordination of services on behalf of the customer.

2. Our Role

Emergency Plumbing & Drainage Services operates solely as a booking and coordination service. We act as an introducer between the customer and an independent attending engineer. All engineers operate independently and hold their own qualifications and insurance.

3. Payments

No payment is taken at the time of form submission. Customers authorise payment only after a fixed price has been confirmed by phone or payment link. Prices are fixed, inclusive, and cover the engineer's attendance, travel, and the first two hours of work, as displayed on the Pricing page.

4. Attendance and Charges

Each booking includes up to two hours of engineer time and travel. If additional work is required, this will always be discussed and approved with the customer before any further charges apply. Additional time is charged in half hour increments in line with the Pricing page.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

A full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs before an engineer is dispatched. If cancellation occurs after dispatch, a reasonable fee may be deducted to cover incurred costs.

6. Liability

Emergency Plumbing & Drainage Services acts solely as a booking and introduction service. Attending engineers are independent professionals, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, workmanship, or materials supplied. Any issues relating to work carried out should be addressed directly with the attending engineer or their company.
