How fast can you attend?
A qualified local engineer is dispatched as soon as possible. Attendance is typically within 1 to 2 hours, depending on location and availability.
Do I pay a call out fee?
No. There is no separate call out fee. The fixed price includes attendance, travel, and the first two hours of work.
What if the job takes longer than two hours?
If additional time is required, half hour rates apply as listed on the Pricing page. You will always be informed and agree before any further charges are applied.
Are the engineers qualified and insured?
Yes. All attending engineers are fully qualified and insured through our approved national network.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices shown are fully inclusive. We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add.
What areas do you cover?
We provide nationwide UK coverage, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is taken securely by phone or via a payment link to confirm your booking.
